Cancellation Policy
At busy times we may take a 50% deposit at the time of booking, for treatments over 80 minutes. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations otherwise your booking deposit will be retained.

Spa Etiquette
As many of our clients come to relax and unwind, we kindly request clients switch off their mobile phones and keep noise to a minimum whilst in the salon.

Before and After your Treatment
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time in on order to check in and enjoy your treatment without rushing. If your therapist is not available please feel free to help yourself to a glass of water and relax in our reception area.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be bought in the salon, via our website or over the phone. They can be purchased from £5 and are a great way to treat a friend or loved one. Our vouchers are endorsed with an expiry date, they are non-refundable and when using vouchers no change is given. We cannot replace any lost or stolen vouchers so please look after them and please use them before expiry to avoid embarrassment and disappointment.

Many of our treatments are available to purchase as a course. Courses are paid for in advance and are available for 12 months. Courses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

48 hours before a tanning appointment we highly recommend clients do a full body exfoliation. On the day please avoid using any oily products and wear loose clothing when coming for your treatment.

Patch Tests
Patch tests are required up to 24 hrs before some of our treatments that involve tint or products near the eye. Treatments requiring a patch test are Eyebrow/Eyelash tint, Individual Eyelash extensions and LVL Lash Lift.

For pedicures we recommend bringing some open toe shoes or flip flops with you to your appointment. After your appointment you can relax with a refreshment while your toes dry.
